Policies & Guidelines

Before finalizing your reservation at Wood Manor Guest House, please, take a few moments review our policies and guidelines. These are designed to ensure a comfortable and seamless experience for all our guests. Familiarizing yourself with our policies will contribute to making your stay in Tuscaloosa as enjoyable as possible.

Thank you for your interest in Wood Manor Guest House. 


All guest full names must be provided at the time of booking or before check-in. Identification must be provided and match the name on the reservation. 


Maximum of 2 guests in king-bed guest rooms and 4 guests in two-queen-bed guest rooms. Children count toward this total. 


The property does not have an elevator and second floor rooms require use of the property staircase. Other guests will occupy other rooms and share access to common areas. 


Guests are responsible for the behavior and safety of any children. 


No events or parties may be held on the property. There are exterior security cameras on the property. Fireplaces may not be used. 


Payment of costs to repair damage to property or contents beyond normal wear occurring during hte stay or to replace any household items removed, lost, or destroyed are the responsibility of the guest and will be charged to the credit card on file. 


If the room is left in excessively poor housekeeping condition an additional cleaning fee will be paid by guest for actual additional cleaning costs at a minimum of $100. Payent of room rate constitutes agreement to these terms.



CANCELLATIONS and CHANGES: If your travel plans change and you must cancel or change your reservation: Call or email us as soon as possible.
