In 2021 our daughter was a University of Alabama freshman and we were looking at local properties when our realtor showed us 1 Wood Manor. Though it needed a huge amount of work, it captured our hearts. Never expecting to live in Tuscaloosa, we found ourselves moving from Houston to take on the project of remodeling this mid-century mansion to restore its former beauty. We are now thrilled along with our two dogs, Kody and Lei Lani, to host other UA parents and Tuscaloosa guests. Our wish is for you to feel at home here!
